Booked a tour of the mine for tomorrow and washed the car but can’t get all the bat poo from Broome off the bonnet and roof. Crap. Have to get some cutting agent next time we get a reasonable sized town.

7 September – Karijini to Tom Price
We saw a broken down truck on the way to Tom Price and gave the driver a lift into town. He works for the Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation but he is a Cook Islander. After observations made during our travels we couldn’t help but see some irony in that.
Booked a tour of the mine for tomorrow and washed the car but can’t get all the bat poo from Broome off the bonnet and roof. Crap. Have to get some cutting agent next time we get a reasonable sized town.
