Today we managed to drive 246Km to from Darwin to Jabiru, centre of the world famous Kakadu region, then wondered what to do with the afternoon. Should we explore this world famous national park? No, we went for a swim in the caravan park pool, made a token effort by driving to the Ranger mine for a look then we succumbed to the temptation. We went back to camp and opened a few cans and bottles. Such is life.
