This morning we had another healthy and invigorating walk to a lookout at the top of one of the gorges. Despite numerous protestations about the steep incline and very large step s on the track we all made it to the lookout. We returned to camp at lunchtime for a well-earned rest.
We had more shopping therapy this arvo with restocking of food, fuel and alcohol. The take away alcohol trading laws are very restrictive in NT with no take away before 2:15pm, no more than 2 litres of wine per person and you must show photo ID. I intended to stand in the long alcohol checkout queue yesterday at Woolies but couldn’t stand the BO. Managed to do it today.
